There is a Death in the House

When i reach office today, i saw Ganesan and Amy was having a serious discussion. Both not having a happy expression but more to a surprise news heard. So i assume that someone has passed away and they just go to know about it. When i went in to my room i wondered. Who could it be??

Then Ganesh knock my room door and come in. He told me in a soft voice. ASking me wether i knew Angelai who has been working here in the factory for some time. I answered that i dont really knew her, but iknew who was that. Cuz while learning about Payroll. Jessica told me before that she had to undergo some certain operation and is still on the hospital until now. But She passed away yesterday around 6pm.

I was also shocked when hearing about this. But i dont have this direct connection with her. Therefore not much grief in me. So i prepared what i should be doing in Human Resources Department. I took the white box out and gave to Ganesan, asking him to go around the factory to collect some white gold (Pak Kam) known as Condollence Contribution. . .

It came back quite fast. Then i informed Mrs Tan about it and she also decides to contribute as well. Telling me the amount that the company should be giving.

I went out to the town to get Flowers as well for the ceremony. Yet after that we went in a group to their place and pay a visit.

This is my first and the last time seeing Angelai. I never knew her because i just joined the company. I heard a lot about her.. but it was a lost that i dont know her. I met her husband who was sitting at the side crying. I passed him the money letting him know that this little heart give may help him and the family, and then wish of condolence to them. Angelai's daughter and family relatives who were sitting beside her coffin, was crying out loud. They could not accept her death at a sudden.

This reminds me that our life in this world is so fragile. A simple operation and some medication that was suppose to help may turn out bad or harming us to death when the time has come. This reflects my life of how we should appreciate all the days we had. Doing things that we should and never waste a minute of our life. Because we do not know what will happen to us.

IT was a day where everything went on smoothly. But yet work never ends for me. I have to keep learning new things everyday. Please pray for me ok!!!
